Retail area

Jantar will include the first integrated commercial units in the southern part of urban Bratislava (Jarovce, Rusovce and Čunovo). The project's three multi-function buildings have a total usable area of 1,652 m² with space for a bank and post office, coffee bar, restaurant, pizzeria, fitness centre or other shops. The commercial services offered at Jantar will meet the requirements of the residents of the project, but will also serve the 22,000 other residents of this fast-growing part of Bratislava.

Commercial and office space will be situated on the ground floor of each residential building with automatic parking areas for visitors. Individual commercial units will be portioned with separate entrances and full-area glass windows oriented towards the street. Basement storage and underground parking is optional for commercial tenants. Priority will be given to services that enhance the quality of life for Jantar's local residence.
