Realkapital Partners is a real estate private equity fund manager that operates and manages unlisted real estate investment funds in Scandinavia and Europe. The company was established by senior executives from Aberdeen Property Investors in Norway. The Realkapital team is made up of seasoned professionals with diverse backgrounds in real estate investment and development. The company has offices in Luxembourg and Oslo.

Realkapital Partners is supervised by the Luxembourg and the Norwegian Financial Regulatory Authorities, holds licenses as an investment manager and as an investment advisor and is compliant with all requirements in the MiFID directiv.

Realkapital Partners has successfully launched two Pan-European opportunistic real estate funds and has committed over €250 million to 15 opportunistic real estate investments and development projects throughout Europe, including large-scale residential development projects in Central and Eastern Europe.

In all development projects led by Realkapital Partners, we focus on Scandinavian architectural design, with top quality standards when choosing building materials and products. Furthermore, we work hard to find technical solutions for long term environmentally-friendly buildings, which we call "green buildings for the future generations".
